GPI's environmental policy focuses on two main points:

 

Solvent recuperation and recycling

Environmental protection during production

  • All GPI plants have environmental classification.
  • Equiment for the recuperation of solvents to avoid air pollution : rejects 0,25 mg/m² (European Standard : 0,50 mg/m²)
  • Waste treatment
 

Environmental protection through the choice of components in its products.

  • GPI adhesive tapes do not contain ether, glycol or formaldehyde.
  • The GPI range of products complies with the requirements of the European Directive 2000/53/EC (Directive concerning used vehicles)
